Q. What is the time frame for restocking products?

A. Usually most items will be restocked within 2-4 weeks. All items on the website may not be restocked.

 

Q. How long is shipping time?

A. Shipping time frame is 2-5 days via USPS, UPS, FEDEX. If you would like to have your order expedited, you can request express shipping which is an additional cost.

 

Q. Return Policy?

ALL sales are FINAL.

PRODUCT DEFECTS?

ALL ITEMS ARE INSPECTED BEFORE SHIPPING.

If there is a defect in the product you have 2 days from the delivery date to notify us, if you do not notify us within 2 days there will not be a store credit issued. Please email us @Kisstboutique@kisstboutique.onmicrosoft.com with a picture of the defected item(s) with your invoice information as well.

Chargebacks: Please note that we do not offer refunds on products that are purchased. In the event of a chargeback request after purchase has been made, we will contest the chargeback with all necessary documentation. By purchasing through our website, you agree to these terms.
